We can help you to either release capital from your existing property or to raise funds for the purchase of other properties.

Secured against any property with a business or commercial use.  Examples include:  Factories, warehouses, shops, offices, units, lock ups, rest homes/nursing homes, surgeries, B & B’s and hotels, restaurants, public houses, apartment blocks, M.O.T. garages, etc.  Even land.  This is not a complete list so please contact us if you have another property type. 

The property can be for the applicants own use, or as a tenanted investment.

Loan Details:-

  • Up to 75% LTV (Loan to Value ratio) per property, or up to 100% LTV with additional security.
  • Either Freehold or long Leasehold properties.
  • Minimum property value £50,000.  Can vary with lender so call us.
  • Minimum loan generally £26,000 for most lenders.  Call us.
  • No maximum loan amount if case meets criteria.
  • Term – 5 years to 30 years. This enables you to have affordable monthly payments.
  • Repayment generally on a Capital & Interest basis – some schemes offer an initial ‘Interest Only’ period.
  • Interest rates are based on a margin over the lenders own Base Rate or Libor Rate.  Margins generally vary between 1.5% and 5.5% over base.  The deciding factors are the overall strength of the case and the borrowers’ details.
  • We assess adverse credit history on an individual basis.
